Police cited more than 40 minors for drinking alcohol after authorities broke up a party Monday night in west Omaha.
At about 10:45 p.m., officers found numerous minors drinking alcoholic beverages at the party near 110th and Jones Street. Forty-three minors were cited for minor in possession of alcohol.
Police said a 16-year-old resident of the location where the party was held was cited for procuring alcohol for a minor, contributing to the delinquency of a minor and possession of marijuana of less than an ounce.
