GUEST LIST

VIDEO: Little Brazil live show

It's not enough for us to tell you about music. So we're going to show you.

That's the idea behind Guest List, a new video series on Omaha.com/go.

Local and touring bands will perform while we film. You get to be on our guest list, so to speak. Tune in and see live performances you won't see anywhere else.

First up is Little Brazil, one of our favorite Omaha bands. We captured three songs from the band's recent performance at The Waiting Room Lounge.

Coming soon: Conduits and The Mynabirds.

And we want to hear from you. What bands should we film next? Let us know in the comments section or email kevin.coffey@owh.com.

Little Brazil is a five-piece rock band from Omaha formed by Landon Hedges, a veteran of The Good Life and Desaparecidos. “Son,” the band’s most recent album, was one of The World-Herald’s best albums of 2009. The band is currently working on new material. One of those songs is “Steady the Beast,” which makes its debut here on Guest List.
