Lambert riding a wave of success into Omaha concert

On Thursday, Miranda Lambert makes her third appearance in the area in three years. That shouldn't keep fans away since the country singer's popularity has exploded recently.

Hits songs such as “The House That Built Me,” a Grammy Award and female vocalist of the year honors — as well as appearances on “The Voice” with husband Blake Shelton — have made her one of the most popular female singers around.

Catch Lambert perform Thursday at 7:30 p.m. at CenturyLink Center Omaha with openers, Chris Young, Jarrod Niemann and Pistol Annies.

Tickets to the concert, $25.75 to $49.75, are available at the CenturyLink Center box office, Ticketmaster retail outlets, www.ticketmaster.com or by phone at 800-745-3000.
