TV What to Watch: Jim Carrey in 'Christmas Carol'

“A Christmas Carol” 7 p.m. to 8:45 p.m. Disney Channel (2009)

Jim Carrey stars as Ebenezer Scrooge in this Disney adaptation of the Charles Dickens’ holiday classic. A mix of special effects and live action.

“Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer” 7 p.m., CBS (1964)

If you missed it the first time, don’t own the DVD or have lived under a rock for the last 38 years, here’s your chance to see the stop-motion animated classic.

“I Bought a Famous House” 7 p.m., HGTV (New)

Tour homes that were once owned by celebrities, including the former Hollywood mansion of Madonna and homes that used to belong to Frank Sinatra and Paris Hilton. But will they answer the real question: How much did celebrity cache increase the price?

“Last Man Standing” 7 p.m., ABC (New)

Mike wants to give Vanessa a stress-free holiday without their daughters and grandson, so he tries to send the kids away for Christmas.

“Malibu Country” 7:30 p.m., ABC (New)

There’s no joy in Reba’s world when she learns she’s been passed over to sing a solo at the church Christmas service.
