THURSDAY

BLATT BEER & TABLE, 11 a.m. Purchase any craft or import bottle to receive your free Blatt Beer & Table koozie.

CRESCENT MOON, 4 p.m. Tap Takeover with Boulevard Brewing Company’s Smokestack Series. Featuring Boulevard’s Smokestack Series including Stingo, Reverb, Tank 7, Double Wide IPA, Harvest Dance, Rye on Rye and Black Rye IPA. Purchase your first Smokestack draft and it will be served in an 8-ounce Boulevard/Crescent Moon glass that’s yours to keep. Keep refilling your glass with Boulevard’s Smokestack Series for a reduced price Thursday night.

CRESCENT MOON, 8 p.m. The 2nd Annual Beer & Wing Challenge. Contestants will have to down a plate of Ghost Chili Wings and a bottle of Ghost Face Killah from Twisted Pine. To enter the competition contact Kandace at Kandace.g@beercornerusa.com. Space is limited. Craft Beer Prizes will be awarded.

KRUG PARK, 4-7 p.m. John Campbell from Odell Brewing Company will be present for a tap unveiling of their sour beer Friek! until it runs out. They will also tap a cellared keg of Deconstruction Wild Ale and their recently released Lugene Chocolate Milk Stout.

BEERTOPIA, 4 p.m. Tallgrass sampling with brewery representative Kelly Lohrmeyer. Beers from Tallgrass include Vanilla Bean Buffalo Sweat and Velvet Rooster.

SPIRIT WORLD, 4 p.m. Sample Funkwerks beers: Saison, Tropic King, and Dark Prophet. Co-founder Brad Lincoln will be on hand for you to meet.

NEBRASKA BREWING COMPANY, 5 p.m. Second Annual Omaha Beer Week, Guest Tap Night. Selections include Goose Island, Green Flash, Tallgrass, Schilling Bridge and Blue Blood and more.

MOJO SMOKEHOUSE & ALES, 5 p.m. In conjunction with Empyrean Brewing Co. they will host a dessert tasting featuring four desserts prepared with Empyrean beers in mind. Featured beers: Tuaca infused Dark Side Vanilla Porter, Bourbon infused Fallen Angel Sweet Stout, Cherry Chocolate Stout, Watchman IPA and regular Fallen Angel Seasonal. Limited 15 people, $30 per person. First come, first serve. Call 402-504-3776 or come to the restaurant for details or to sign up.

OLD CHICAGO-OLD MARKET, 6 p.m. Pairing five handcrafted signature pizzas with five Lucky Bucket beers. Cost is $5 and includes a commemorative tulip glass. All proceeds benefit our annual Easter Miracle. Space is limited to the first 70 people. Make a reservation by calling 402-341-1616.

JAKE’S CIGARS & SPIRITS, 6 p.m. Dinner at Lot 2 with New Belgium’s Lauren Salazaar. Multi-course dinner built around selections from New Belgium cellars. After dinner, head to Jake’s to enjoy four of the Lips of Faith Series: La Foile, Coco Mole, Lost Abbey Collaboration “Brett Beer” and Prickly Pear Saison. Tickets are $40.

UPSTREAM BREWING COMPANY, 6 p.m. $20 gets you an Omaha Beer Week glass and all-you-can-sample cask conditioned ales. Proceeds go to Food Bank for the Heartland. Beer and brewery representatives will be in attendance from many local breweries.

JERRY’S BAR, 6 p.m. Come meet the man responsible for Velvet Rooster beer, Andrew Hood, Tallgrass Brewing’s brewmaster. Specials on all Tallgrass beers.

BEERCADE, 7 p.m. Tallgrass Head Brewer Andrew Hood will be here to bust out an exclusive brew, 16-bit Double Pale Ale.

LUCKY BUCKET BREWING CO., 7 p.m. Teamed up with Ted & Wally’s for a homemade ice cream & beer pairing. Owner Joe Pittack hand selected five of his ice cream flavors to pair with handcrafted beer. Cost is $5 and is limited to the first 25 people. Please call 402-763-8868 to reserve your spot.

FRIDAY

BLATT BEER & TABLE, 11 a.m. Enjoy all day Happy Hour beer pricing with your OBW glass. Also enjoy samples of Summit and Peacetree beers throughout the evening.

MOJO SMOKEHOUSE & ALES, 1 p.m. Tap takeover pits three of Nebraska’s best breweries (Empyrean, Lucky Bucket and Schilling Bridge) against three of Iowa’s best (Peacetree, Okoboji and Madhouse) with taps featuring special single batch brews from each brewery.

OMAHA TAP HOUSE, 2 p.m. Meet the brewer, The Peace Tree Brewery of Knoxville, Iowa.

CRESCENT MOON, 4 p.m. Expect Funkwerks bomber bottles of Saison, Tropic King and Dark Prophet available starting at 4 p.m.

KRUG PARK, 4 p.m. Tap takeover with Green Bullet Triple IPA, Grand Cru, Extra Pale Ale, West Coast IPA, Double Stout, and Hop Head Red and more.

OLD CHICAGO-OLD MARKET, 4 p.m. Summit Saga Event will feature a new beer from Summit. Meet a rep from Summit Brewery.

BEERTOPIA, 4 p.m. North Coast sampling with brewery representative Bob Swatzell. Craft beers include: Old #38 and ACME IPA.

JAKE’S CIGARS & SPIRITS, 7 p.m. Odell beers on tap include: Odell IPA, Odell Red, Deconstruction Golden Ale, Guava IPA, John Baise Session Ale, Dry Hopped 90, Pale Mule, Lugene Chocolate Milk Stout and 90 Shilling.

RAMADA INN PLAZA, 72nd and Grover Streets, 7 p.m. Fourth Annual Extreme Beerfest Beer Dinner hosted by New Belgium Brewing Co. Each course will be paired with a beer. Limited tickets, $55, on sale at Beertopia, 402-905-2603 and online at etix.com. Pair your dinner ticket with a ticket to Extreme Beerfest and save $7.

GATOR O’MALLEY’S, 8 p.m. Green Flash IPA from San Diego and Lucky Bucket brews for a discount with your OBW pint glass.

JERRY’S BAR, 8 p.m. Meet a Schilling Bridge Brewer and taste their newest brew, The Bridge.

SATURDAY

BLATT BEER & TABLE, 11 a.m. All day Happy Hour beer pricing when you bring in your official Omaha Beer Week glass.

OLD CHICAGO-OAKVIEW, noon. Vanilla Porter cask from Empyrean.

RAMADA INN PLAZA, 3 p.m. Extreme tickets cost $32 at Beertopia and online at etix.com, $37 day of the event. You’ll receive a program, tasting glass and four hours of sampling. VIP guests can enter at 2 p.m. and will have access to a VIP lounge with snacks and special release beers. VIP sponsors are Lucky Bucket, Odell’s, Upstream, Sierra Nevada, & Boulevard.

GATOR O’MALLEY’S, 8 p.m. A brewery representative will serve Lucky Bucket, from Certified Evil to the Lucky Bucket Lager, to their seasonal brew. $1 off with your OBW pint glass.

OMAHA TAP HOUSE, 10 a.m. Troubadour Magma Especial, Sprecher Citra Bomb, and Citra India hops, Ghost Rider White IPA and many more.

SUNDAY

JAKE’S CIGARS & SPIRITS, 1 p.m. We’re in recovery mode at Jake’s. Every time you order one of our famous Bloody Mary’s, we’ll add a sidecar of any draft beer (certain exceptions may apply).

OLD CHICAGO-OAKVIEW, 1 p.m. Try a variety of beers from Boulevard Brewing. We will be featuring ‘flights’ of beers from Boulevard. If you drink a flight you get a prize from Boulevard.

GATOR O’MALLEY’S, 8 p.m. All craft beers in the house will be discounted in conjunction with our Rockabilly Night. Free cover and a special appearance from the Hot Tail Honeys.

KRUG PARK, noon. We will have three new Beer Bloody Mary’s and Michelada’s to choose from.

JAKE’S CIGARS & SPIRITS, 7 p.m. Barley wines on-tap including 2011 Great Divide Old Ruffian, 2011 Bigfoot, 2012 Lucky Bucket Barley Wine Plus a very special offering. A vertical tasting of Barley Wine from Anchor and Sierra Nevada going all the way back to 2008. (a vertical tasting is a sampling of the same beer from each year it was brewed).
